and no two clients are identical. It really challenges you to think
strategically, creatively and collaboratively,” says Sevim, who
sits on the board of several US-based international organizations, including the French-American Chamber of Commerce.
“You obviously want to strive to be the best in your craft. The
ongoing issue, however, is reaching your full potential. I want to
be presented each day with new difficulties that push me outside
my comfort level.”
While in college, Ungles took an introductory course in real estate and was
hooked. He was introduced to Colliers Turley Martin Tucker
while studying for his MBA, and he promptly joined the company. Today he serves as an account executive for Colliers
Corporate Solutions, providing outsourcing services to corporations with large portfolios and aggressive growth plans.
Ungles has also earned several in-house accolades, including
the 4 Cornerstones of Commitment Award in 2006 and the
Clarence M. Turley Sr. Award in 2003 for excellence in performance, style and creativity.

Since entering the business in 2001,
Zegen has closed more than $1.5 billion
of commercial real estate loans. Almost half of that was
through Madison Realty Capital Advisors, which he helped
establish three years ago. He is on the investment committee
for all loan approvals and handles origination, screening,
underwriting and closing loans for Madison, a $250-million
bridge fund with $600 million in lending capability.
Drawn by the entrepreneurial and fast-paced nature of the
business, Zegen hopes to raise multiple funds under the
Madison Realty Capital umbrella. He also co-founded the New
York Private Equity Network and serves as a member of the
boards of UJA Rex and the Young Leadership of the Friends of
