Recently, Real Estate Forum and GlobeSt.com in conjunction with the Building Owners &
Managers Association International and the US Green Building Council conducted their second
annual industry poll, The 2008 Green Survey.
The 2008 Green Survey focused exclusively on the real estate industry’s existing building stock.
Some 251 investors, owners and managers responded. These findings were originally released in
November at USGBC’s Greenbuild 2008 Conference & Expo in Boston.
