Three Hines Executives Take on New Roles
Houston—Locally based development and investment firm Hines has announced the promotion of three area professionals. Rick Vance has been named a senior vice president. Vance, who joined Hines in 1983, was previously a vice
president. Also moving from VP to SVP is Clayton Ulrich
of the corporate engineering division. In his 33 years with
the company, Ulrich has served a key role in establishing
its engineering program. Lars Koster is now vice president
of construction in the firm’s Southwest regional office. The
former senior construction manager is currently overseeing
the construction team on Downtown Houston’s MainPlace,
Vance Ulrich Koster a 970,000-sf LEED Silver pre-certified office tower slated
for delivery in 2010.
