2009 and midyear 2010, representing a total of just north of
$442.46 million. The firm represented WAM Development Group
in its 168,072-square-foot lease to Northrop Grumman Systems
Corp. for $10.83 million at 16710-16750 Via Del Campo Circle in San
Diego. The company also worked both sides of a 28,354-square-foot
office lease between Bridgepoint Education and Legacy Partners for
$8.38 million at 600 B St. in Downtown San Diego.
The commercial real estate leasing market is slowly improving
