San Diego-based Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial was involved
in what was billed as one of San Diego’s largest building sales
of 2009 when Kaiser Permanente purchased a 171,684-square-
foot, class A office building from Sudberry Properties Inc. for
$53.33 million at 5893 Copley Dr. That deal was part of the 133
sales the company arranged from July 2009 to June 2010 for a
total of 17. 46 million square feet.
According to Cassidy Turley, conditions are more favorable
than a year ago for the commercial real estate investment sales
market. “The gap between asking prices and offers is narrowing

due to positive demographic trends and lack of development.
