WRAP UP
Real Estate 2011
Los Angeles 3. 15. 11
Is it a true recovery or just an illusion? When Real Estate 2011 held forth in March, it was still hard to read the tea
leaves, given the increasing flow of capital
and deals combined with the lagging jobs
and fundamentals picture. Nevertheless, the
overall mood of the roughly 1,000 attendees
was as optimistic as it was cautious.
Close to a thousand attendees were on hand for the full day of networking, keynote addresses
and panel discussons that made up Real Estate 2011 at L.A’.s Westin Bonaventure Hotel.
The RealShare Conference Series is produced by
ALM’s Real Estate Media Group, publisher of REAL
