HFF The firm has tapped Patrick Sullivan as a managing director to formally launch the industrial investment sales/capital markets platform in its Chicago ffice. He comes to HFF from Converse Capital LLC, a firm he created in 2006 to provide marketing and isposition services to owners of commer- cial real estate. Ryan West has joined HFF as a manag- ing director in its Houston office to focus on retail investment sales transactions throughout the southwestern US. appointed Sean Dowsey as director of real
estate management services. He will lead
the company’s activities in Central and

Steven Weilbach has come aboard at
Cushman & Wakefield as senior managing
director of capital markets and US multi-family practice leader. The 20-year veteran
will be based in San Francisco.

the role of director and city leader of

team for Cushman &
Wakefield of Texas Inc.

veteran will focus on

while overseeing property management and

Gary Saykaly is the latest talent to board
the C&W train, joining the firm’s Southeast
Capital Markets Group in Atlanta as a
senior director. He comes to C&W from
BridgePointe Advisors, where he was a
managing director.

has created a new business division—and
appointed a new president. Tracy Story will
lead management and leasing for the new
business unit. Story will oversee all assets
in Foram’s multiple real estate portfolios
across four states, including leasing of 600
Brickell at Brickell World Plaza. She comes
to Foram from CB Richard Ellis.

Eileen Marrinan
has joined the San

Robert Shibuya has been appointed group
president of UGL Services in Los Angeles.
This is a newly created position in which
he will be responsible for UGL Services
