HFF The firm has tapped Patrick Sullivan as a managing director to formally launch the industrial investment sales/capital markets platform in its Chicago ffice. He comes to HFF from Converse Capital LLC, a firm he created in 2006 to provide marketing and isposition services to owners of commer- cial real estate. Ryan West has joined HFF as a manag- ing director in its Houston office to focus on retail investment sales transactions throughout the southwestern US.
