Boodai spearheads the
firm’s investment acquisition strategies
and manages sales both domestically and
internationally. He has been responsible
for the acquisition and placement of more
than $1 billion of real estate assets in the
US, France and the UK. In addition to
working on high-profile transactions for
Rolls-Royce and Procter & Gamble in the
UK, Boodai also managed the exit of $500
million worth of assets just before the credit
crisis, including the Lofts at Wolf Pen Creek
in Texas and the Oceanside Outpatient
Clinic in Oceanside, CA. Boodai is also the
chairman of the Board of Directors at
Gatehouse Bank in London.

Since March 2009, Carcaterra has leased
over 450,000 square feet at Normandy’s the
Exchange, a 14-building, 1.6-million-square-
foot office campus in White Plains, NY. He
also represents One Communications’
national portfolio, closing more than 50
deals totaling 350,000 square feet, including its recent 65,000-square-foot Rochester
relocation. Carcaterra is only just getting
started, however; his long-term goal is to
expand his local leasing team and win large
national accounts.

Named national rookie of
the year at Colliers
International in 2006, Bill
Condon has won many
such distinctions since joining the firm in
2004. Condon, whose focus is the industrial
market, is also a 40 Under 40 winner for the
second year in a row; last year’s win was for
his work at Grubb & Ellis, where he managed the Seattle office before returning to
Colliers this past June. What sets him apart
from the pack is an impressive string of
deals, some $300 million in aggregate transactions in seven years. In the period of a year
alone—July 2010 to July 2011—Condon’s
deal volume totaled $150 million. This past
winter, while still at Grubb, he arranged one
of the largest industrial deals the Puget
Sound region has seen in the past decade,
the sale of the Columbia Pacific portfolio for
a reported $41 million.

Luke Dixon completed
his first real estate deal at
the age of 19. He joined Kelly Capital’s
loan acquisition team roughly two years
ago, and quickly became its director. In
the past year alone, he’s led his team in
acquiring five commercial real estate loan
portfolios totaling over $400 million in
volume. Primarily responsible for sourcing
and evaluating prospective investment
opportunities for Kelly Capital, Dixon and
his team have underwritten more than $2
billion in loan portfolios.

After five years as a literary
scholar, James A. Donohoe
joined the 127-year-old, family-owned
Donohoe Development Co. as an entry-level
employee. Today, the fifth-generation com-
pany executive is a vice president at the firm.
In his role, Donohoe is responsible for all
aspects of development of his projects, from
site acquisition to development, stabilization
and permanent financing. Donohoe’s cur-
rent pipeline of projects is in excess of $500
million, including a 350-unit hotel, a multi-
phase luxury high-rise residential project, an
office building and a redevelopment proj-
ect, all in high-barrier-to-entry locations. He
has also supervised the successful sellout of
the Sterling, a 200-unit luxury condominium
in North Bethesda, MD and entered into an
agreement with MoCo and a local nonprofit
to build 100 units of affordable housing in
Silver Spring, MD. All of this is in prepara-
tion for Donohoe’s goal: taking the helm of
the company.

debt on the East Coast. This included a
$47-million loan for 5 Hanover Sq., the
firm’s first foray into the New York City
market. Over the course of his career, however, Fishbach has been personally responsible for over $2 billion in debt originations on US projects. In his current
position as principal, which he attained
within a year of joining the firm, he is
responsible for deal sourcing, origination
and underwriting as well as financings of
transitional assets on the East Coast. He
intends to expand the platform regionally
and, in the long term, nationally.
