BRANDON FORDE, 38
Executive Vice President
Studley
Atlanta
Brandon Forde is the creator of several innovative
strategies for the industry—such as the

while at Ernst & Young and MarketStrike, a
system designed to help companies decide
when to renegotiate, renew or exit leases.
Currently, he is an executive vice president
and co-leader of Studley’s Strategic Portfolio
Solutions, helping companies through all
phases of real estate ownership. Forde has
led over 30 consulting assignments and
secured 500 million square feet in outsourc-ing accounts for such clients as American
Express, Capital One and Fidelity.
JUAN GUTIERREZ, 28
& PATRICK WOOD, 27
Senior Associates
Voit Real Estate Services
Ontario, CA
Juan Gutierrez and
Patrick Wood opened
Voit’s Inland Empire
office in November 2010.
They’ve since been
involved in over 5. 3 million square feet in sales
transactions, much of it
during challenging
times. Gutierrez is responsible for helping national companies implement real
estate strategies and solutions. His work
includes repping clients in the purchase
and leasing of industrial properties, sale/
leasebacks, acquisitions and build-to-suits.
Wood focuses his attention on growing
the team’s landlord/listings business and
expanding its local tenant representation
practice.
RICHARD HARRIS, 38
Chief Executive Officer
Synergy Commercial
Advisors LLC
Morrisville, NC
As CEO of Synergy
Commercial Advisors,
Richard Harris splits his
time between working on investment
sales transactions and handling tenant
representation. During his 15 years in the
industry, Harris has completed more than
600 transactions valued at an aggregate
$270 million, including leases for large
tenants like Pepsi, Penn Mutual and Wells
Fargo. In addition to managing a 10-bro-
ker staff, Harris co-founded a software

JOSH
HERRENKOHL, 39
Real Estate Investor Services
National Leader
Ernst & Young, CREAS
New York City
With more than 16 years
of experience in the commercial real estate and technology consulting sectors, Josh Herrenkohl has just begun
his new position as leader of E&Y’s
Construction and Real Estate Advisory
Services team, but is no stranger to the real
estate business. Herrenkohl previously
worked with Capgemini and the Government
of Japan before re-joining E&Y, where he
concentrates on private equity, REITs, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions as
well as the hospitality and construction sectors. “I want to help organizations and the
industry as a whole reduce their cost of
operations, more effectively manage operating risk and improve effectiveness through
better processes, automation and operating
strategies,” Herrenkohl said in a GlobeSt.
com interview. He also calls for more transparency in the investment community, especially as new regulations and lease accounting changes come down from the Financial
Accounting Standards Board. “Many organizations are not effectively organized with the
appropriate processes, tools and controls to
be able to meet these demands.”
JASON HULL, 37
Managing Director,
Commercial Real Estate
Trigild
San Diego
A former US Navy Seal,
Jason Hull has maximized value on over $4
billion in distressed assets for lenders and
special servicers. He is responsible for
overseeing all of the commercial real
estate assets that the firm manages. This
encompasses quite a bit of territory, as
he’s grown Triglid’s management portfo-
lio to more than 16 million square feet in
the US and added 1,000 apartment units
over the past year. Since coming into his
current position in 2008, he has managed
the sale of $300 million in assets. Notable
deals have included the sale of the
Bethany portfolio of apartments in
Arizona as well as the sale of the Mervyn’s
portfolio of 26 big box locations.
BOBBY KHORSHIDI, 33
Principal and Managing
Director
Partners Capital
Management
Los Angeles
Since he co-founded
Partners Capital
Management in 2010, the firm has closed
on the purchase of roughly $40 million in
discounted debt and underperforming
real estate. Throughout his career, he has
funded over $1 billion in debt transactions and he has often been ranked as
one of the top loan originators in the
country. Khorshidi’s path could have
taken a different route: after his family
lost a significant amount of money following the 90s recession, Khorshidi was
encouraged to pursue medicine as a
career; however, he found real estate
more to his liking, and moved into real
estate finance.
ANDREW KIRSH, 36
Partner
Raines Feldman
Beverly Hills, CA
Head of the firm’s real
estate transactional
group, Andrew Kirsh has
worked on numerous
notable transactions. These include the
representation of Carl Karcher Enterprises
in portfolio sale/leaseback of 85 Carl’s Jr.
and Hardee’s stores. He also represented
Maguire Properties in its $1.1-billion purchase of 12 class A office buildings.
Outside the office, Kirsh was selected to
participate in the 2009 Maccabiah Games
in Israel as part of the US national fast-pitch team. Those games promote international relations among some 50 countries and serve to raise money for
non-profit organizations.
