Mousavi is managing a pipeline of 23
transactions, valued at $111.2 million. A
few highlights: the $19-million sale of
Paramount Towne Center, a Walmart-and El Super-anchored center in
Paramount, CA, for UBS and Vestar; and
a $25-million Best Buy portfolio sale on
behalf of Vornado Realty Trust.

Brad Nathanson started at
Marcus & Millichap in
2003 and took on his current position three
years ago. Since joining the company,
though, he’s been busy executing more than
$650 million in investment sales transactions. A member of the International
Council of Shopping Centers, he’s a senior
director of Marcus & Millichap’s National
Retail Group. Nathanson specializes in the
sale of shopping centers, focusing on
Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He was influenced in his career choice by his father, who
ran department stores his whole life and was
a consultant to a national liquidator.
Nathanson stays busy outside the office volunteering his time to coach rowing, a fast-paced sport in line with the work ethic and
pace he keeps in the office.

Brian Natwick has certainly done a good job
climbing the corporate
ladder, rising from development manager to
senior development manager, to regional
vice president and his current role as president of multifamily development—all in the
space of five years. In this role, Natwick leads
Crescent Resources’ multifamily team
throughout the Southeast and Texas, and
plans to expand the division’s development
activities. With a goal of growing the division
to as much as 10,000 units in 10 years,
Natwick is scouting the Washington, DC
metro area for near-term expansion opportunities. Throughout his 15 years in the business, he has managed $875 million in development and construction projects, including
7,500 hotel and multifamily units and
500,000 square feet of commercial space.
