C&W’s San Diego office,
Stephen Rosetta has completed more than
13 million square feet of real estate transac-
tions over the course of his career. He has
also advised clients on a whopping $700 mil-
lion in investment transactions. Rosetta
became head of the San Diego region with
C&W’s 2005 purchase of his firm, Corporate
Real Estate Advisors. This past year, he was
named to the C&W management team for
Southern California and he’s also a member
of the firm’s Global Leadership Group.
Activities outside of work include the non-
profit HeadNorth Foundation, which
Rosetta co-founded to help provide support
to individuals affected by spinal cord injury.
JON RUFF, 34

lion portfolio of office
buildings and develop-
ment sites and Jon Ruff is responsible for the
entire portfolio—everything from acquisi-
tions to management. Ruff joined Spire in
200; over a period of 11 years, he’s put
together over 12 acres of contiguous land in
the Dallas CBD and he currently oversees a
mixed-use development project planned for
the site. Ruff has directed more than $200
million in acquisitions over the past 18
months, including City Place, a 1.2-million-
square-foot landmark in downtown Fort
Worth. His civic activities include serving as
VP of the board of the Spire Realty Group
Children and the Arts Foundation, which
aims to provide arts education opportunities
for underprivileged children.

Brandon Sudweeks became one of the
youngest owners on record to acquire a
Coldwell Banker franchise. As president of
Coldwell Banker’s Commercial Sudweeks
Group, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and its staff. Under his
leadership, CBC Sudweeks has helped bring
sites like the 33,000-square-foot Newport
Commons Professional Center in Menifee,
CA to 100% occupancy and has facilitated
the $7.8-million short sale in December
2010 of the 122,000-square-foot Gateway
Business Park in Murrieta, CA. In total,
Sudweeks has sold over $100 million in
properties in his nine years in the business.
