Andrew Wright founded
Franklin Street, a commercial real estate firm
that helped clients buy, sell and lease
within the main food groups: office,
retail, multifamily and industrial. Under
his leadership, Franklin Street’s management portfolio has grown to more than
$200 million despite the economic downturn. He has also been involved in loan
workouts totaling more than $250 million
and helped clients in 18 Chapter 11 cases.
In his career, Wright has been involved in
over $1 billion worth of real estate transactions. On the side, he maintains memberships in the National Multi-Housing
Council, the Greater Tampa Chamber of
Commerce, the Urban Land Institute and
many other industry groups.

has renovated, managed and developed
housing near universities across the US
since 2002. Under Yaney’s leadership, the
organization has grown to include 4,500
beds and 160 employees, with properties in
New York, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan,
Pennsylvania, North Carolina and
Wyoming. INC magazine recognized the
REIT among the 500 fastest growing US
private companies in 2009 and 2010.
