became a three-time Deal of the Year honoree and, along with
GH’s brokerage professionals, is active in several industry-re-lated organizations, including the New Jersey Apartment
Association and the Property Owners Association. Brecher
aspires to advance GH’s presence beyond its current geographic
market while imparting the tenets of the firm’s late founders,
Mel Gebroe and Morris Hammer.

Bronsnick works closely with SJP’s executive
team on the leasing and marketing of the
company’s three-million-square-foot-plus portfolio in New Jersey, from the Hudson River
waterfront through the New Jersey suburbs.
During his SJP tenure, major transactions that he has completed
include negotiating Cognizant’s 64,000-square-foot lease and
Allergan’s 93,000-square-foot tenancy, both at Somerset Corporate
Center. Bronsnick began his commercial real estate career
launching the commercial real estate division of DelForno Real
Estate in Downtown Jersey City.

Cruz joined HFF in 2010 and re-established the
firm’s investment sales team in the New Jersey/
New York region. Since that time, he has closed
deals including the AIG Multi-Housing
Portfolio totaling $300 million and a 300,000-
square-foot office building at 7& 9 Roszel Rd. in Princeton for $90
million. He is co-team leader of a 15-person investment sales team
and specializes in multi-housing, office, retail and industrial property types. In 2012 alone, Cruz and his team closed nearly $2 billion
in investment sales transactions and were involved in the largest
multifamily, industrial and retail sales in the state last year.

In 2011 and 2012, Gambuzza closed more than
$200 million in investment real estate sales,
including a total of 2,546 apartment units.
Primarily an advisor, Gambuzza is a go-to expert
on multifamily investment properties, serving as a director in Marcus
& Millichap’s National Multi Housing Group. He received the firm’s
National Achievement Award for 2011 and 2012 and the Sales
Recognition Award for six of the past seven years. “Interest rates are
a driving force behind current market conditions,” he said. “Investors
want to leverage their equity and use 1031 tax exchanges to defer
capital gains taxes and to capitalize on current market trends.”

In just eight years, Goodman has been deeply
involved in a major business portfolio, including being part of a team currently working with

of more than three million square feet. Goodman was recognized
as his firm’s New Jersey Rising Star of the Year for 2009.

Hartstein is a 17-year situational-lending “
veteran” and entrepreneur who has already
proven his leadership potential through the
formation of two business ventures: SBL Capital
in 2003 and Case Real Estate Capital, LLC earlier this year. This middle-market opportunistic lending platform
targets investments that extend beyond the conventional lending
arena. Harstein has been involved in originating and closing loans
valued in excess of $350 million. He also has overseen more than
$100 million in equity transactions during the course of his career.

for Barnes & Noble College Booksellers in Basking Ridge.
