of capital markets transactions in Newark alone during his first
two years at the company. Prior to joining JLL, Walsh was
directly involved in more than $2 billion in investment sales in
office, multifamily, industrial and retail properties totaling in
excess of 3.5 million square feet of space. Among his notable
transactions with JLL are the $54.5- million note sale of luxury
residential tower Eleven80 Raymond Boulevard in Newark for
the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the $104-million
investment sale of a 1,100 unit apartment community portfolio
