Vice President, Development
Santa Monica, CA
A 25-year veteran of the commercial real
estate industry, Tamayo is often credited
with “accomplishing the impossible” by
approaching challenges head-on with
tenacity and resilience. She has completed
more than 1. 5 million square feet of building and interior construction projects to
date on behalf of major companies including Volkswagen,
Amazon and FedEx. Prior to joining BLT Enterprises in 2004, she
earned an outstanding performance award for her role as a development manager from Legacy Partners. Tamayo recently achieved
entitlements for a 500-unit apartment community on 20 acres of
land in Napa, CA. The land entitlement process continues to
grow in complexity, and she was successful in navigating the many
obstacles that arose in order to secure these entitlements.
Tamayo’s family has been touched by autism, and she is a champion for this cause. As a member of Autism Speaks, she was one of
the top 20 fundraisers for a recent charity walk.
CYNTHIA V. WOLFE
Deputy Director, Community Banking
President, Carolinas Division
Bank of the Ozarks
During her 30-year banking career, Wolfe
pioneered Bank of the Ozarks’ entry into
the Carolinas. What began with a single,
one-room Charlotte office has grown into
26 offices across the Carolinas and a thriving commercial real estate lending team
made up of professionals well known across the Southeast. The
Charlotte office is now the middle market CRE lending division
for Bank of the Ozarks and she serves as market president for the
Carolinas. Wolfe’s official corporate title is deputy director of
community banking, overseeing both commercial and retail
banking for the Carolinas. She sits on the bank’s officers loan
committee and participates in other corporate initiatives covering all aspects of community banking. Earlier this year, Career
Mastered gave Wolfe its Women’s Leadership in Action Award for
significantly advancing women’s history through extraordinary
leadership and exemplary service. ◆
