Real Estate in the US, manages some $6 billion
in domestic real estate assets.
PHILIP J. McANDREWS is the New York City-based head of US real estate equity for Aegon
Asset Management. Approximately $17 billion
of the Dutch firm’s $382 billion in assets under
management is in US real assets.
ERIC EKEROTH serves as a regional director
with Northwestern Mutual in Washington, DC.
The company’s real estate portfolio is comprised of some $9 billion in equity assets and
$33 billion in debt.
PAMELA BONEHAM is a Chicago-based managing
director for Barings Real Estate, overseeing equity
investment and asset management in the Central
US. With over $40 billion in real estate assets under
management, the group is part of Barings
Alternative Investments, and ultimately Barings,
which manages over $300 billion in assets globally.
STEVE PUMPER (moderator) is executive managing director, capital markets and strategies,
for Transwestern in Dallas.
RUSHABH SHAH is an executive director with
PGIM Real Estate in New York City. The firm
has $70 billion in real estate assets under management, $50 billion of which is in the US.
MICHAEL G. DESIATO (moderator) is founder of
MGD Consulting LLC, based in New York City.
He was formerly the vice president and group
publisher of ALM Real Estate Media.
JAMES HALLIWELL is a managing director with
Principal Real Estate Investors in Des Moines.
The firm’s $80 billion in real estate assets under
management are split between equity and debt.
JOHN CLARK is a Hartford, CT-based managing
director with Cigna Realty Investors. He oversees the Eastern US debt and equity investments
for the firm, which manages about $3 billion in
debt and $2 billion in equity assets domestically.
