A 17-year veteran and a director atBerkadia, Kautzman specializes in providing financial solutions to owners andinvestors in the hotel industry. In hercareer, she has secured more than $600million in transactions for more than 40hotel properties, and has underwrittenmore than $2 billion. AnSVP at Marcus & Millichap CapitalCorp., Paryani-Rice closed $400 millionin debt and equity deals alone in the last year, earning her the titleof the top female financing professional at the firm. As an SVP at George Smith Partners, GildaRivera is responsible for the origination forall income-producing properties throughout the nation. Now, she is focusing on the co-living market, leading aglobal effort to secure $1 billion in programmatic debt and equity for New York City-based Six PeakCapital and leading marketing efforts for a number of co-livingassets. Tjarksen is also the co-founder of Enodo, an AI-assisted multifamily underwriting and valuation platform that leverages data tosupport investment decisions.

Adrienne Barr has become know for breaking pricing records in multifamily. In the last 12 months, shesold a 10-unit apartment property in Santa Monica for a record price-per-square-foot and a 28-unit building at a record cap rate. Barr is currently a managing director at Berkadia, and in her 19-year career, shehas completed more than $1.9 billion in multifamily investment sales in the Los Angeles market. Last year,she closed $175 million in transactions. When she isn’t breaking records, Barr is an active member ofCCIM, State Bar of California, and “The Army,” a network of female commercial brokers in Los Angeles.
