In her 30-year career,she has been involved in 1 millionsquare feet of industrial developmentand 750,000 square feet of officedevelopment. Silva joined JLL asmanaging director in February 2020,but prior, she led the largest industrial capital markets team in CentralFlorida, responsible for 100 transactions totaling 4 million square feet and $170 million in 2019alone. In between transactions, she also launched Women inthe Biz last year. The group is dedicated to advancing women inthe industry and sharing success stories.
