The portfoliototals 1,200 facilities and 20 millionsquare feet, and includes office,industrial, retail and manufacturingfacilities that require portfolio management and strategic planning toensure efficient delivery of the product. To create that efficiency, Rothhas implemented analytic technology, project management solutions and automated rent payments, which collect $6 million monthly. She is active in theindustry, participating in BBU’s Women’s Leadership Circles,SIOR and she is the current vice chair of the executive boardfor IAMC.
