constructed on the full block to the west of Grand
35 Hudson Yards
Counsel to Children’s Investment Fund and
Talos Capital Limited in connection with its
US$1.2 billion mortgage and construction financing
related to the development of 35 Hudson Yards.
10 Hudson Yards
Counsel to Coach in the sale-leaseback of its global
headquarters at 10 Hudson Yards in a transaction
valuing the skyscraper at US$2.15 billion.
1285 Avenue of the Americas
Counsel to RXR Realty, David Werner and
C&K Properties in the purchase of 1285 Avenue
of the Americas for approximately US$1.6 billion;
the Firm also represented UBS in the renewal of its
900,000-square-foot lease at the building.
Counsel to Citigroup in connection with its
US$2 billion acquisition of the buildings at
388 and 390 Greenwich Street in Tribeca.
