managing director and principal with
CGA Capital LLC, CGA Securities and
CGA Mortgage Capital.
In addition to investing for its own
account, CGA provides debt financing
and equity investment services to institutional and high-net worth
investors and developers. Affiliates of CGA Capital have acquired
and have interests in some $1.3 billion of net-leased US real estate.
In connection with his activities at CGA, Gore served as a managing director with RBS Greenwich Capital and Legg Mason Wood
Walker Inc. He is also on the board of directors for Family Tree Inc.
