Hecapped off the monumental year by overseeing the purchase ofmore than 100 Sherwin-Williams Company stores in a $150 million transaction; a deal that secured purchase agreement to closing in about three weeks. Cockerill received a Bachelor of Sciencedegree in industrial and operations engineering from theUniversity of Michigan, prior to his decade-long career in theindustry. He previously served as an agent at Marcus & Millichapfor seven years, where he integral to closing $200 million in transaction volume. He is a member of the International Council ofShopping Centers and is additionally a member of Agree Realty’sSteering Committee. He is an avid supporter of local charities,such as Kids Kicking Cancer, Children’s Hospital of Michigan andFriendship Circle.
