loans across various capital sources, portfolio loans, CMBS and
agency for his assigned market. Jacobs has been an exceptional
performer since he has been in his originations role within the
company. He is confident and assumes the leadership role very easily. Jacobs has high standards, but also has the ability to inspire
others and execute a strategy. He has gained the respect of senior
management, the portfolio-management team and his peers

Joshua Jandris is responsible for representing
private and institutional investors and operators in the sale of seniors housing and long-term-care facilities and portfolios. Jandris,
along with his partner, Mark Myers, provides
brokerage leadership serving as a senior director of Marcus &
Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors seniors-housing division.
He also serves as a senior broker and mentor to a team of 12. Since
joining M&M, Jandris has led development of the firm’s national
seniors housing group’s presence nationwide as well as its county-owned real estate line of business. In this time, the team has received
33 different mandates from local government officials to privatize
skilled nursing facilities in counties across the country.

brokers for the past three years. Lindenberger has also been
able to create a private real estate investment firm with two
other partners that has acquired more $70-million worth of
real estate since 2012. He has been fortunate to be a part of
