Edward Lippincott specializes in the brokerage of affordable multifamily assets, with a
focus on project-based Section 8 and HUD
programs. He is responsible for managing a
pipeline of real estate transactions currently
totaling more than $500 million for Affordable Housing Advisors,
a unit of Marcus & Millichap. He is a nationally recognized broker
of affordable housing who has completed more than $1.65 billion
in investment sales in the past six years involving some 30,000 low-and moderate-income units in 24 states. In 2016, Lippincott is
slated to close an additional $500 million-plus in affordable real
estate. Owners and service providers within the affordable industry
consider him to be a center of influence within the industry.

Beginning his career in the mid-2000s, Kyle
Matthews realized that the industry was antiquated and had incredible opportunity to
innovate and push the boundaries on what

Matthews had this revelation, he began his journey to the C-suite
though the development of the Matthews Retail Group, which
quickly rose to be the one of the top-grossing retail teams in the
nation, resulting directly from the numerous technological innovations he introduced to the industry. These include Tenant
Verticalization, Click-to-Sales technology and the 1031 Private
Client Advantage. Additionally, Matthews has been exclusively
hired by 14 of the top 20 largest publicly traded REITs in the US.

Kyle McCartan’s primary responsibilities
revolve around Chicago Title’s revenue
generation. He is charged with national
sales and focuses on the institutional
multifamily, industrial office, and senior-housing markets.
McCartan is part of a team that accounts for $30-million-plus
of annual revenue and directly manages two employees. The
firm’s youngest sales associate charged with national sales, he’s
built a sustainable business model in less than four years.
Mccartan has shown his ability to be a leader in the industry
both internally and externally. He helped the firm embrace
technology and implement new escrow/sales strategies and
reporting methods, and helped grow the sales-and-marketing
team. Mccartan has also taken on leadership roles in commercial real estate groups in Texas.
