the Atlanta office of Franklin St., which he
helped to found and initiate in 2010. He
oversees a growing team dedicated to serving investment clients throughout the
Southeast. Reid specializes in assisting private and institutional
clients in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties throughout Georgia. He also serves as a mentor to several
junior brokers in the Atlanta office, helping them to grow into
senior level managers and directors. Since joining Franklin
Street, he has helped bring the Atlanta office to more than $5.3
million in revenue, or 560% growth since it opened its doors.

Rahul Sehgal is involved in all aspects of
Inland Private Capital Corp.’s investment
strategies and asset-management functions,
including acquisitions and deal structuring,
dispositions, refinancing, property opera-
tions, lease negotiations, portfolio review and communications
with investors and their financial advisors for each of the 488
properties in the portfolio, totaling more than 29 million square
feet as of July 8, 2016. As chief investment officer of Inland Private
Capital Corp., Sehgal must coordinate the efforts of experts in a
variety of specialties, from acquisitions and deal structuring to
property management and tax reduction, to financing, while
operating in several asset classes in markets nationwide, including
retail, office, industrial, multifamily, self-storage, student housing
