Hospitality group, Gilda Perez-Alvarado
coordinates the execution of high-profile
international investment sales, fosters global
recapitalization and manages global
accounts, including high-net worth
individuals, SWFs, private equity firms and institutional groups.
She led the creation of JLL’s Global Hotel Desk in 2013 and was
promoted to head it in 2016, overseeing a cross-border investment
sales team that handles some of the firm’s largest hotel transactions.
During her 13 years at JLL, she has been directly involved in over
$12 billion of hospitality deals. At the 2016 Americas Lodging
Investment Summit, Perez-Alvarado became the first woman to
receive the Jack A. Shaffer Financial Advisor of the Year Award, one
of the most prestigious honors in the hotel investment industry.

In the 14 years since joining Savills Studley,
Jason Perla has consistently ranked as one of
the firm’s top producers. As a partner in the
consulting group, he’s worked on significant
and complex deals, like Time Inc.’s
700,000-square-foot early lease termination at 1271 Ave. of the
Americas in 2015. Perla has worked on more than 15 million square
feet worth of transactions and his team consults on an average of 80
transactions per year. He is also one of the few brokers under 40 to
serve in the firm’s mentorship program, Savills Studley Academy,
and is on the Host Committee for the ReMission Foundation, which
supports scientists researching ways to prevent and treat cancer.
TODD PREVOST, 37
Specializing in investment sales and leasing,
Todd Prevost started his career nine years
ago as a broker with Avison Young, then
known as Cushman & Wakefield |
Cornerstone. By the age of 34, he was offered
partner status in 2014 and has ranked among
the firm’s top producers each year since then. A leading business
development team member, he’s advised local and institutional
property owners on expansions and relocations and has a client
roster that includes Prologis, Panatonni, Lee Co. and JP Morgan.
Yet Prevost doesn’t only spend his time closing deals and being an
active mentor to new brokers at Avison Young. He works very
closely with charities including the Both Hands Foundation, which
supports orphans, widows and adoptive families, and Filter of
Hope, a nonprofit that provides clean drinking water to those in
need. Last year, he rappelled down the Omni building to raise
money for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee.
