QuadReal Property Group
Senior Director, Project Management
Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul
Amy Staudinger is a born entrepreneur.
She founded the project management
firm S2 and in just seven years grew it to
a five-person company while significantly
increasing revenue year over year.
Through Staudinger’s efforts to ensure that S2 hired educated
and intelligent female talent, the firm built a team of extremely
specialized experts focused mainly on data centers and healthcare construction. By 2018, S2 had more than 100 projects on
the books and more than $200 million in construction managed. That thriving business caught the eye of Colliers
International, which acquired S2 this spring. Recently,
Staudinger wrapped up a pro-bono surgery center project in a
remote part of Honduras for a local orthopedic surgeon and
his 501c3. The facility has treated more than 7,000 people
since opening, and Staudinger is starting a second facility in
the Dominican Republic. Active in professional construction
associations, Staudinger also works with Hearts and Hammers,
a nonprofit that coordinates exterior restoration of homes for
disabled and low-income families.
