Under McMahan’s direction, the team has completed projects for
more than 85 unique healthcare customers, nationally.
Furthermore, McMahan recently served as a healthcare executive
liaison within the Minnesota State Emergency Operations
Command Center, in effort to share data and coordinate with
healthcare executives across the state during the COVID- 19 pan-
demic.

Within the past 15 months, henotably financed seven outpatient clinics in six states, totaling $250 million, and sold two additionalclinics in two separate states, totaling $40 million. He separatelystructured and closed an $82 million purchase and $84 millionfinancing of acquisition and leaseback for Ascension Health, witha complex ground lease structure and 501(c)( 3) foundationstructure to avoid unnecessary real estate taxes, substantiallyreduce rent and secure the building as a donation to the user/system after mortgage payoff. In addition, Silverstein structuredand secured $23 million in tenant improvement financing, builtinto an operating lease structure for Presence Health, while nonrecourse to the developer.
