GEORGE AND CANDY GIALAMAS
George and Candy Gialamas founded Madison, WI-based Gialamas
Co. Inc., which specializes in class A commercial real estate in
Madison and the surrounding area, in 1975. The firm has expertise in development, brokerage, leasing and management. George,
years, the couple has been involved in major commercial developments and a driving force in the promotion of Madison, Dane
County and the state of Wisconsin. One of their largest developments is Old Sauk Trails Park, a business and research park in
Madison that includes more than 58 buildings housing 300 companies that occupy 3 million square feet.
DEREK W. GLANVILL
Derek Glanvill is president and
COO of McCarthy Building Cos.
Inc., a leading US commercial
builder with approximately $3 billion in annual revenue. The company is headquartered in St. Louis
with 14 offices around the country.
A member of McCarthy’s board of
directors and executive committee, Glanvill oversees McCarthy’s
construction operating divisions
and affiliates as well as the overall
company strategy and corporate functions. Glanvill has more
than three decades of experience in the construction and engineering industries focusing on a broad range of national and
international markets. He also participates in civic and charitable
endeavors, sits on the board of directors and private-sector infrastructure council for the St. Louis Regional Chamber & Growth
Association and is a member of the Regional Business Council.
MICHAEL P. GLIMCHER
Michael Glimcher is chairman of the
board and CEO of Columbus-based
Glimcher Realty Trust, a role that he
assumed in January 2005. During his
tenure at the company, he has focused
on its transformation from a family-
owned developer of single-tenant and
anchored strip centers in the Midwest
to a leading shopping mall REIT with
properties throughout the country. He served as EVP before
becoming president of the company in 1999 and has been a
trustee since 1997. A retail and commercial real estate expert,
Glimcher is a member of the board of governors for NAREIT.
GARY HOLMES
Gary Holmes is the founding president and CEO of Minneapolis-based CSM Corp., which he launched in 1976. The company
develops and renovates residential, commercial, industrial and
hotel properties nationwide. Under his leadership, CSM has
become recognized nationally for its unique approach to design
and development. A graduate of the University of Minnesota,
Holmes was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award from
his alma mater in 2005. Other accolades include the John F. Cade
award in entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas and
induction into the Twin Cities Business Hall of Fame. Holmes is
active in the community, serving as director and founder of the
Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation, on the Board of Trustees
of Abbott Northwestern Hospital and the Board of Governors of
the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
DONNA INCH
Donna Inch is chairman
and CEO of Ford Motor
Land Development
Corp., the real estate
arm and wholly owned
subsidiary of Ford Motor
Co. She was appointed
to the position in 2010
and has global responsibility for real estate, construction and facility services for Ford Motor Co.
Ford’s real estate portfolio consists of manufacturing, research and
development, distribution and office properties. Inch joined Ford
in 1978 as an industrial relations analyst and has held several
finance and management positions at the company. Prior to joining Ford Land, Inch was finance director for Ford’s customer service division and responsible for financial analysis, budgeting,
forecasting, long-range business planning and internal control.
She is vice chairman of the board of the Detroit Metro Convention
and Visitors Bureau and serves in an advisory capacity for several
national/global real estate organizations. She was recognized as
one of the top women in finance by Treasury and Risk magazine.
MARK F. IRGENS
Mark Irgens founded Milwaukee-based Irgens Development
Partners in 1983 and serves as president, CEO and manager. He
is responsible for the company’s strategic planning and direct
oversight of finance and development. During his career, he has
been involved in

industrial and
mixed-use sectors. His projects
include the GE
Healthcare
Research Park,
875 East Wisconsin and the ASQ Center, all in Milwaukee. Irgens
is active in local and national trade organizations, serves on the
