PAUL WITTORF, 36
Senior Vice President
Transwestern
Houston
Wittorf represents
many of the largest
landlords across the
country on their most
prestigious assets and
currently oversees the marketing and
leasing of nine projects totaling more
than 6. 3 million square feet. He’s a
national leader in production volume
for 2013 with more than one million
square feet of leases and 33 transactions—progress that is expected to make
him one of the top producers at
Transwestern nationally. During 2012,
Paul completed 65 transactions totaling
746,675 square feet with an aggregate
value of $170.4 million, earning him
both internal and external accolades for
production. He’s seen a “massive flight
to quality” in Houston-area office space,
with companies expecting office spaces
to help them recruit and retain talent. “I
expect this trend will continue and
develop nationally, ultimately challeng-
ing architects and developers to creative
inventive environment-enhancing solu-
tions to users,” he says.
